About Eating Again!

This is one of our favorite place for having a relaxing dinner or just a cup of coffee in Central. We love to watch the chefs working hard for cooking in this open kitchen, they're so professional. I specially love their baguette, crispy, crunchy and slightly chewy, I like to have it with lots of butter, yum!

Dinner with Myself

Michael was out of town for business trip, I had no mood to going out, so no outdoor scenery today!

After enjoyed a relaxing facial at salon, I made this dinner for myself, some salad, Sweden meat balls with lingonberry jam. Simple and delicious.

My dear hubby, I miss you so much! Takecare!

Pork Bones Hot Pot

It's so enjoyable to have such warm and delicous "pork bones hot pot" with friends, specially on a cool Autumn night! You can see the big pork bones, mushrooms, chicken feet (you must think it's terrible if you are not Chinese or Hong Konger!), pumpkins, carrots and spring onions etc., over ten ingredients inside the wok!

Public Transportation

This is our first theme day photo, and today our city photo blog has been approved by City Daily Photo, this blog is now appeared on the portal, yeah! we're so excited! After the dinner, we went to the "Fo Tan" MTR (Mass Transit Railway in Hong Kong) station to take this shot, "Fo Tan" MTR station is just 2 mins walk from our home. You can see the lightings and tracks of the train from this photo.

Amigo Restaurant in Happy Valley

This snap shot was taken by Michael's mobile. Amigo Restaurant is located in Happy Valley, next to Michael's office in Hong Kong (he usually work in Beijing, or other provinces in China).

The first Amigo Restaurant opened in Causeway Bay in the middle of the 1967 riots. It survived that traumatic time and continued to grow within its first year of operation, later purchasing its own premises at Amigo Mansion in Happy Valley in 1976. The mansion and the restaurant were designed and built together.

Countryside of Hong Kong

Let's go to the countryside of Hong Kong today! We went to "Tai Mei Duk" by bicycle, 10 km distance from the central of Tai Po. Enjoyed a nice Chong Qing style BBQ dinner with our friends, Amanda and Fox. It was very enjoyable, but now I do got sour muscle, can't get up easily from the couch once fall on it!
